I just recently purchased a BMW X1 (second hand). The car has run flat 225/45/RF18 91W tires but unfortunately the roads in my country are not suitable for low profile tires like these. I am contemplating replacing these tires with normal sized tires but I am unsure of which tire dimensions I can use. I have gone through the manual and there are no recommendations regarding tire sizes. Kindly share if you know of specific tire size options I can consider that will not significantly affect handling and speed. Thanks in advance.
